Subject: Great Customer Service!!!!!

Hi Donn,

I just got the conformation email that you received my payment.  Overall, I am quite astonished (happily) that you have taken the time to correspond with me so extensively over a $13.24 order!  I can plainly see that you value your customers above all else, and it shows in your business practices.

Even if your products don’t work out for me (I’m hoping that won’t be the case), you have my respect and endorsement as a fine individual, and a savvy businessman that cares about the needs of his customers first and foremost!  I will be happy to put that in writing if you want me to.

Regards,

Ryan Culberson

LETTER 3:

Dear Don, I was so pleased to speak with someone who I felt was a long time friend. I am a small business as I told you but I think we share the same big goals and that is to teach music and provide the best materials to play with at an affordable price. I have spent a lot of time hand picking instructors who are experienced and devoted musicians and who love to teach. We have an age range of students from 3 to 70. I am so pleased with the drumsticks you have. They are so versatile for all ages. Our children like them because they are light and easy for the little hands to 'grip'. My older people find them easier on the ol' bones and muscles. My instructors like the sound and feel. I will do anything I can for you to promote your product. I am so looking forward to the display. I would like to be on your dealer list too. I had great difficulty accessing anything in the web page. I was unable to view anything or search anything. Perhaps you can help me with that. Since we teach drums, guitar, voice, piano, songwriting, recording, midi, flute, mandolin, ukelele etc and sales of instruments, accessories and gifts, and repairs I can use just about any kind of dealers. If you know of some dealers you approve of let me know. I will have my instructor look at your products I don't know about. His name is Dave Skillman. You met him at the NAMM show. He is a fabulous person and an exceptional drum teacher. I am trying to learn too, but business keeps me at the desk. I teach banjo still...but no piano, guitar, or mandolin. Guess that is the way it goes.

Jeannie from Rhythm & Keys

I also really appreciate all you've done.
I'll be back in town Sun March 27th 2005...Talk to ya soon.

Best, Paul Goldberg

LETTER 5:

Dear Mr. Donn Martin,

I am very happy to be writing to you for the first time.  My name is DAVID OKAI  I come from GHANA and am the drummer for  DANNY NETTEY of  IAT (IS ABOUT TIME) records.

DANNY NETTEY is a renown gospel R&B artist in GHANA. He has quite a number of  recordings to his credit and working on his latest  recording. HE is been featuring on most of  music recordings in GHANA.

I happen to meet PAA KOJO KONDUAH  AMOS of JOYFULWAY who has been preaching the good news of UNIGRIP :THE GROOVE IS IN THE GRIP. In GHANA, so i decided to try his sticks (5A HEXAGRIP) on a gig and oh mine they are too good. infact they represent the caption THE GROOVE IS IN THE GRIP.

I usually use VIC FIRTH but i have decide to change to UNIGRIP. another reason being that they are too expensive now.

MR.Martin let me take this opportunity to just thank for the good work you and your team are doing out there to make the life of drummers in AFRICA and i mean the whole world very simple but yet POWERFUL.

i hereby think i have some ideas i will like to share  with you and your COMPANY.Actually here in GHANA  there are what we call traditional drums  and some of them are played with ordinary sticks if i should put it that way meaning there are not manufactured like the way drumsticks are manufactured  out there.

it is get a tree cut the branch and shape it .............then you have a stick. But i think with your wondeful techniques you can abstract this idea into making a more appealing products that i think those drummers would benefit.............and i mean it will benefit the whole drum communities in AFRICA too.

THANKS SO MUCH AGAIN and i will be waiting to here from you
DAVE.
